SEA Us Bloom

Concept/Purpose of the Work:
SEA Us Bloom is The SEAD Project's spring fundraising campaign, and for the year of 2021 it was focused on introducing a sustaining donor model called the SEAD Circle. Each level was represented by a flower — marigold, jasmine, plumeria, and water lilly.
The theme and style was also to be reflective and empowering to Southeast Asian women, as this campaign was around the same time as the Atlanta Shootings. The style was inspired by protest art work — simple but bold. It was also a way to emphasize that The SEAD Project is femme-led and cultures it focuses its work on, including: Hmong, Khmer, Lao, and Vietnamese.
Results of the Work:
Sustaining donors, and an internalized excitement and pride for Southeast Asian culture.
How the Work Was Delivered to the Masses:
Digitally — social media and website.
