Concept/Purpose of the Work:
More than a membership club, The North House set out to break the mold in what a shared workspace could be. They wanted a brand strategy, name, and expression designed to create a transportive experience.
Results of the Work:
Immediate booking goals achieved within the first two months netting the profit margin set out by the business. A positive neighborhood beacon with wide-reaching likability. Consistently nets bookings for private events week over week earning the business above the line profit.
