Concept/Purpose of the Work:
North Hennepin Community College wanted to better connect with today’s student body and needed a brand refresh to more closely represent their values of diversity and achievement. The new branding included a logo redesign, new branding elements that energize the brand, new messaging, and complete brand standards. The upward-directional colored stripes help visualize the energy from diverse colors, creating additions to the color palette as they overlap. They mirror the upward motion in the logo’s icon graphic.
Results of the Work:
An updated and contemporary logo and brand identity system that match the goals of the college. It's difficult to accurately measure generally positive brand related feedback.
How the Work Was Delivered to the Masses:
NHCC was provided with new marketing verbal messaging, final logo files in a variety of orientations, and fully completed brand guidelines.
