Concept/Purpose of the Work:
Positioning and branding for a new development located within the Prospect Park community, the crossroads of Minneapolis and St Paul. Honoring the evolving history of a neighborhood industrial spaces “In the making”.
Results of the Work:
Honored a location and its industrial roots of innovation through architectural preservation to blend with contemporary layout and design. Developed an identity system as well as environmental activations that reflect the property’s history and the ability to carry the brand’s legacy into the future.
How the Work Was Delivered to the Masses:
KNOCK provided Positioning, Branding, Messaging, Website, and Collateral that would be utilized throughout the Malcolm Yards space.
