Concept/Purpose of the Work:
The purpose of this assignment was purely experimental. Our professor wanted us to make something artistic using p5.js.

Results of the Work:

Since i was a kid I was always fascinated by kaleidoscopes. I wanted to use code to create a digital one. I also wanted to give the opportunity for others to enjoy and make their own kaleidoscopes.

I also extended this project to show how it will be presented. I made an animation/ prototype of the installation as it was happening at the gallery.

How the Work Was Delivered to the Masses:
Simple instructions were given. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO CREATE YOUR OWN ART. ENJOY! 1. CLICK THE LINK BELOW https://mkicilinska.studio.mcad.edu/index.html 2. MOUSE CLICK anywhere on your desktop to ACTIVATE 
the kaleidoscope! 3. Make sure your SOUND is ON 4. Use ARROW KEYS to navigate. For best visuals/creations, play each direction for a minute. The longer you hold the arrow key the 
 more magical art you will see. 5. To SAVE IMAGES while the animation is playing, PRESS “S” key 
 and the image will be saved as canvas.png to your computer. 6. HAVE FUN!
