Concept/Purpose of the Work:
Graham Craft Pottery is a Milwaukee-based pottery and woodworking shop. Graham was looking for a brand identity created from scratch. The brief was to aim for branding that communicated “weight,” “simplicity,” “perfection,” “dainty but with gravity,” and “unexpected.” As Graham Craft Pottery continues to grow, this identity serves as the framework from which brand collateral can be produced.
Results of the Work:
Since the creation of this identity, Graham Craft Pottery has had 3 major Etsy shop updates, sold out engagement on Etsy, and multiple in-person art festival shows. Graham has communicated that multiple customers were drawn to their booth after seeing the Graham Craft Pottery business cards from other customers.
How the Work Was Delivered to the Masses:
Currently, the identity design is communicated through digital branding and business cards, as this is the company's first year. However, Graham Craft Pottery plans to incorporate the identity system as the business expands and grows.
