Bell Mortgage 2021 Annual Sales Meeting Notebook

Concept/Purpose of the Work:
Every year in October, the division of Bell Bank, one of the nation’s largest independently owned banks, Bell Mortgage, has a big event with their lending bankers to celebrate their accomplishments and to look forward to the next year. A lot of marketing preparation goes behind the scenes for this Annual Sales Meeting including a "theme" for each year. With the pandemic, the lenders have been working from home and are just starting to go back to their offices. The theme "On the Road Again" suits very well this event. The colors are very festive, welcoming and the inclusion of the guitar makes it for a happy moment/memories event, including the icons next to the guitar tuning keys. The notebook was carefully chosen (a place to put the date but no printed date). The cover and pen match the corporate blue color of the logo of the bank. The pen also has a very sidle imprint and its is magnetic.

Results of the Work:

The notebook was one of the favorite items at the sales meeting, which it is still in progress.It goes around Albuquerque, NM, Phoenix, AZ, Overland Park, KS, Orlando, FL, Brentwood, TN, Creve Coeur, MO, and next week Minneapolis, MN, Milwaukee, WI and Fargo, ND. It's one of those items that the lenders are always in need of, so instead of having a regular notepad they can have something beautiful that brings back pleasant memories.

How the Work Was Delivered to the Masses:
It was hand delivered to each of the mortgage lenders which made it even more special.
