Concept/Purpose of the Work:
My concept for this event poster was to express my love through jazz. My dad and I would always listen to jazz music in the car when I was younger and that I just fell in love with the sounds of the instruments and just the vibe around smooth jazz. With the love that I have for it I made an event poster and came up with "All That Jazz" and incorporated my favorite instruments that they use in Jazz.

Results of the Work:

For my work I really wanted to talk up negative space. With Jazz I wanted to play with groovy wavy lines and multiple instruments to take up that space. I also tried to cover any gaps that needed to be filled. Overall, the end result came up well with how again played with negative space

How the Work Was Delivered to the Masses:
I worked in Adobe Illustrator and played around with opacity of the shapes and make sure I captured highlights and shadows along my event posters.
