I Believe… Tusbasa is a Great Anime/Manga

Concept/Purpose of the Work:
For this project, the requirement was to use a single media/medium, create and design multiple editions (or a series) of items espousing a notion, conception, abstraction, theory, hypothesis, or conviction you are knowledgeable and passionate about. The project had to have at least four components, which would communicate my intentions, and work together conceptually and visually as a series. For my choice, I ended up choosing to create a set of 24" x 36" posters, each pertaining to 4 out of the 33 worlds in manga and anime, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, in Adobe Illustrator. The worlds I decided were each a home to the main characters of the series and was inspired by the many vector-like travel posters. And then depending on the location, I chose a different time of day and weather. I chose to make the set of poster for this series is that it is one of my favorite animes/manga. I believe that TSUBASA RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE is not only a fantastic (yet confusing) manga, but a great anime as well. The character and world-building throughout the story is a major asset. Each character present in the story is different in their own way and has character development along the way. The world the group visit also vary in a wide variety, making each one not the exact same. The anime also has fantastic as well, such as Song of Storm and Fire or Hear Our Prayer. Viewers familiar with other stories by CLAMP will recognize other characters from the other series made by CLAMP, though, they are not the same, while adding new characters. DISCLAIMER!
